We advise private individuals and organizations that engage in non-profit activities or who would like to establish or support a foundation, from the initial concept to the establishment and ongoing administration. We take into account not only all aspects of foundation, association and company law, but also tax requirements. We are the contact point for members of strategic management bodies (foundation board, executive board) and managing directors of foundations and other NPOs for all questions relating to general business operations and liability risks.
