Yolanda Müller is an attorney and has been a partner at DUFOUR Advokatur since 1996 (in cooperation with DUFOUR Advokatur AG since 2017). Her primary focus lies in providing legal advice and representing pension funds, collective and mutual funds, welfare funds and employers in all matters relating to occupational pensionsin administrative and judicial proceedings. She has many years of experience in advising on inheritance law, estate planning and the settlement of inheritance cases. In addition, she has authored numerous publications in the field of occupational benefits.
