Monika Naef

Monika Naef is attorney and partner at DUFOUR Advokatur AG in Basel. She enjoys advising companies and entrepreneurs on all matters, always putting people first. She also holds positions as a senior executive in various organizations, including Industrielle Werke Basel (IWB). In doing so, she skillfully applies her many years of experience in negotiation. Thanks to her work chairing the school board of a public secondary school, she is very familiar with school and administrative law. She was member of the Education Commission of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. As former head of the legal and trademark department of a multinational corporation, she brings an international perspective and expertise in intellectual property law to our firm. Her youth spent on three continents has had a significant influence on her and given her an understanding of different cultures and languages.
